He has also served as General Counsel for the Ohio Petroleum Retailers and Repair Association and Section Chief of the Ohio Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Section, where he oversaw enforcement of Ohio’s Business Opportunity Law. He is an active member of the American Bar Association Forum on Franchising and has contributed to committees focused on litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and small and solo practice development.
